2002年より松屋伊那子主催のAinyBellyDanceStudioにてベリーダンスを始める。毎年のYousry sharifの来日WSや、本場エジプトカイロでのNile Group Festivalに参加など、特に近年は長身と手足の長さを活かしダイナミックなオリエンタルダンスでの表現を目指し国内外のダンサーからも学び続けている。インストラクターを経て、都内レストランショー、イベントなどを中心に現在はフリーランスとして活動中。2016年Stars Of Nile Festivalコンペティション フォーク ロア部門ファイナリスト選出。

Mio is a raven-haired beauty began learning the sensual art of belly dance at Ainy Belly Dance Studio sponsored by Inako Matsuya in 2002. Every year, she shimmies her hips in Yousry Sharif’s workshops and in the Nile Group Festival in Cairo, where she was selected as one of the 2016 Stars in the Competition Folk, Lower division. The girl has skills if she can master the controlled, artistic moves of Egyptian belly dance! Mio has continued to dance with both domestic and foreign dancers, using her height and long limbs to create an expressive and dynamic oriental performance that stands out. You can catch glimpses of Mio behind the veils at restaurant shows and events throughout Tokyo where she works as a freelance dancer.

Dr. Sketchy’s is an international alternative art event where burlesque models pose for art stars and sketching newbies alike with drinks and arty socializing.
You don’t need to be an artist or know how to sketch to come and enjoy the show! Just bring pad and pencils to the Guinguette by Moja on the fourth Wednesday of each month if you want to try!
