poledancetokyo講師。 運動経験・ダンス経験が一切ない状況で「自分を変えたい」と思い、2012年10月にポールダンスを習い始める。身体が硬い・筋力がない、そんなスタートを切るものの、日々のストレッチやトレーニングにより2018ミスポール日本大会5位を受賞、大会出場を果たすポールダンスレベルにまで上り詰めた。更なる柔軟性を求め全米ヨガアライアンス(RYT200)、更にはアナトミーストレッチの資格を習得。ピラティスインストラクター資格も併せて取得。
Dr. Sketchy’s is an international alternative art event where burlesque models pose for art stars and sketching newbies alike with drinks and arty socializing.
You don’t need to be an artist or know how to sketch to come and enjoy the show and! Just bring pad and pencils to Gyoen Rosso on the first Thursday of each month if you want to try!
